Paranoia

The first time. 

After school, Trevor and his friends ventured off on a quest to smoke a jibber they had been planning to smoke for over a week. This was it, now was the time. They found themselves in the most majestic forest. They sparked up and laughed. All this hype, all this anticipation, didn't feel a thing. Maybe they were immune? Likely...

They eventually ended up at a local fast food joint, McSomething or other - they were famished. 

While standing in line, that's when things started to take a turn.

It felt like the world was watching his every move.
