STEP 01__RETURN
You probably don’t feel like parting with more money for shipping the item(s) back to us. That’s totally understandable. Instead, you can drop the item(s) off to a local school, library, or community center. It’s a win-win. We will appreciate you giving the item(s) another chance for enlightening others.
STEP 02__REQUEST
Snap a few photos of your drop-off, then enclose them to your request for a refund. We will also appreciate you letting us know the reason(s) for requesting your money back.
STEP 03__REUNITE
You will receive an email notifying you when the refund is processed. That’s it, easy peasy.
